On my way to the Earth Altar, I listened to the musician, and, for some reason I was able to right click "Enter" on the Rifts nearby. Those rifts are meant for Tolna's Rift, a members-only dungeon. Free Players can no longer talk to Shantay anymore. Jagex has already stated that they were removing "advertisments" from F2P worlds, as they just got in the way of players having a good time there or something like that. Cabbage-port is basically a replacement.
