am i good enough to go to Aviansies, or do i need to train something?

Your stats are fine to do them Just use protect from range prayer and use something like mithril bolts and up to kill them. Use prayer boosting armor and bring your holy wrench with you if you have one. I kill them in the middle area of GWD and sometimes other creatures are attacking them so you wont even have to use your p pots. Hope this helps!

Pray range all the time and take a few range potions, the normal high alch runes and some emergency food.

I would also take your best combat familiar as its free exp.

 

For the shield if you have a unholy or balance book use it otherwise the brodo (sp?) shield is nice and cheap.

when I was around your stats the range pot: prayer pot ratio works best at 1:4, so just drink a range pot every 4 ppot sips (dont forget a spare sip for start :S ) also yes, blessed vambs work well!

 

EDIT: NO, do not use bones to peaches.

B2P tabs are only useful for the tanking method.

Don't use ring of wealth it doesn't do much if anything there.

Since your praying don't take an arma item as having them auto attack you (as long as you have proect form range they won't damage you) makes it a lot easier and faster.

Take mitre as its 5+ prayer bonus.

 

You want your prayer bonus as high as possible, avainses are extremely weak so range bonus isn't as important as prayer.

 

Bones 2 peaches aren't needed as you'll be praying all the time.

Don't use RoW; it actually harms your chances of getting the addy bars, since they aren't a 'rare' drop.
