For days you don't feel like doing combat there are a few quick things to do. If you buy seaweed and cook it, I believe that has a pretty good profit. The pineapple are at the same place and you could sell or make super compost too. While in the area make sure and plant herb and put a fruit tree that you can run and pick maybe too.
