Hello Stu,

 

Clan Dragonwood is one of the eldest clans on Runescape, being in the clan world for over 5 years. We are a F2p based clan and have wars (CWA/PvP) 3-5 times a week. Apart from that we organize pk-trips and also some P2p based events like monster hunting (GWD/Corp Beast, etc). The clan is GMT/Est based and our average combat is 130 in P2p and 121 in F2p.

 

We have an active and very nice community and apart from the events, people team up to do things together. We have a mentor system, so it won't be too hard to get back in game. If you have any questions, please feel free to pm me in our IRC-chat or in game.

Welcome to the official recruiting thread of Tempest, and thank you for taking your time in reading this thread. This topic won't drag on, but it'll be rather short, sweet, and to the point.

 

Tempest was started and founded by Argentum Rex and Ramen Bomb, with the intention of not relying on remakes, or mass recruiting, but a clan purely from scratch. With the majority of new clans starting out as powerhouses only to close shortly afterwards, Tempest plans to build up slowly to secure our foundation. Though our goal is to one day become a top contender in the clan world, we plan to slowly work our way up there, one step at a time.

 

Tempest will be mainly focused as a CWA Warring clan to begin with, with occasional PvP fights. However, the plan is to eventually go PvP as we become more experienced and have more consistent pulls. However, this does not mean that we will be neglecting our community side of the clan. We will also be holding non-Warring/PvP events regularly as well, which will include Castle Wars, Soul Wars, Mobilising Armies, Group Questing, Skill Competitions, God Wars Dungeon, you name it.

Hey stu, as randy said i really think you should consider WG :D

 

We're an active warring and pking clan, we also do loads of other events too, like.. Minigames, boss hunts, skill comps, some random events our event leaders create, all that stuff.. but they're all optional, so you can just come to what you like :3, only mandatory events are pvp.

 

So yeah we do both f2p and p2p, pking, cwa wars, pvp wars, pkris, bit of everything really.

We mainly do PvP wars and PKRI's, occasionally a Clan Wars Arena fight. Other than that we also organise skillwars and community events.

 

We're celebrating our 7th anniversary this weekend.

Requirements for FA

 

You MUST do the listed before you apply to the Divine Forces. These are as follow.

 

1. Must be 114+ Combat.

 

2. Post an Future Application.

 

3. You will then be promoted to Future Applicant.

 

4. You will now have the future applicant rank for 30 days where you need to attend 15 Events, the more the better (keep track of these events in your sig.) You can stay FA longer than 30 days but everything above 45 days is too much and if you fail to apply for membership after 45 days you get guested.

 

6. Get AT LEAST 8 Referrals (One of your referrals MUST be one of the Application Reviewers, and 1 more now has to be an official with FA Manager/Warlord/Council rank or higher) to apply Membership.

 

You also require to have at least 20 full sets of rune including scimitars, and also include hybrid robes and any other F2P PKing supplies you intend to use. You must post a picture of your stats and combat level while in a free to play world.

History

Ascension was founded by Zeldagamer13 and Anti__Rob on November 16th 2009. Officials were decided by past experiences and whether or not the founders thought they could do the job, the website was created, the ventrilo server payed and Ascension was opened on Friday November 20th 2009. At our clan opening gathering the leaders and warlords decided to get a war, Silent Ember agreed to giving Ascension its first war ever, and we had a great fight in which Ascension came out on top.

 

So why should you join?

We have a Strong current memberlist, Dedicated Leaders, and Great Organization by our Fall-In leaders and warlords. With these attributes, Ascension will climb to the top. We have a variety of fun events in Ascension, including: Wars in Clan wars, and PvP worlds. Castle Wars, Fight pits, inter-clan magic fights, DMing events, God Wars dungeon and other bosses, these events are varied between P2P and F2P (magic fights, dm events etc will be in f2p)

 

Ascension has plans to step it up and take the f2p clan world by storm and one day fight some of the top clans of Runescape. All the while keeping our close family setting and continue to get close to our members.
