December 7, 200916 yr Tutorial Link Here Earlier this week, Stevepole made a great piece by following a tutorial. Everyone loved it, and I think people would be amazed at how easy it is to make something that looks great by using Illustrator. It can produce amazing things from 100% scratch ( which i like :) ) It's very easy to follow, and requires little to no drawing-by-hand. Here's mine :D The example epitome of greatness looks like this: This tutorial is great. It shows you step-by-step how to make your own scatter brush. ( No need to give credit to anyone but yourself :) ) Everything that you make on Illustrator is purely your own work. Give it a try everyone. Makes a great background for the Christmas season :P Draw what you see, not what you think-you-see. --Carl Purcell

December 7, 200916 yr Author I have no experience with any software but Adobe.I was lucky enough to have a brother who could get it at student rates and parents willing to pay half :D I'm sure you could do it, but you'd have to know that software very well to be able to select tools similar to the ones in Illustrator.So.. maybe  Draw what you see, not what you think-you-see. --Carl Purcell
