The only triangles are in Ardougne and Piscatoris. Ardougne should work fine for anyone, though, as it's close to a teleport, not horribly far from a bank, has no requirements for access, and has no aggressive enemies nearby. I just did a test the other day and on world 2 (fastest ore spawn) using a dragon pick axe it took me 1 minute and 41 seconds to tele there, mine a full pack, bank with a duel ring at castle wars, and tele back. Doing this I would max out at 960 per hour concentrating the whole time. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
