Where else can I find them, except for Ardougne and south of Piscatoris? With triangle I mean spots where there are 3 iron ores, in a triangle shape, so you can mine all three of them without having to walk.

Those are the only two I know of. There used to be one in Al-Kharid (way back in the day) but they moved one of the rocks. I wish F2P still had a three-rock iron triangle... :(

another good spot is the grand tree mine--there are several iron ores very near each other (some very minimal walking may be involved, I can't remember is there is a triangle specifically)

Those are both L shapes. The only triangles are in Ardougne and Piscatoris.

 

Ardougne should work fine for anyone, though, as it's close to a teleport, not horribly far from a bank, has no requirements for access, and has no aggressive enemies nearby.

Just stick with the one south of Piscartos. Combine a glory/ ring of duelling with a spirit Kyatt and your getting over 1k ore per hour when you concentrate lol

How do you get over 1k per hour? I just did a test the other day and on world 2 (fastest ore spawn) using a dragon pick axe it took me 1 minute and 41 seconds to tele there, mine a full pack, bank with a duel ring at castle wars, and tele back. Doing this I would max out at 960 per hour concentrating the whole time.

Well as I have done a lot of summoning training with a kyatt, I can tele, bank and get back there in 8-10 seconds. I'm guessing that could be where I get the 1k+ an hour from?
