And Retech's 120-something, maybe higher. I'm CB 89, with a bit over one mil banked and rune armour along with a DDP++, obby cape, dragon boots, amulet of glory, and some other stuff.

 

Really, Ross? EVE doesn't seem like an event-ey game. And only one of those ships left? Lol, I can't imagine why... (eheh, yeah I can, a crapton of jealous players, pirates, and bounty hunters seeking a name for themselves). But it's really an awesome game, even the mining is addictive. I would love a feature that gives you a map of explored space, not just a gigantic universe map. As for the battles, I was never in one, but I saw like 10 allied titan-class ships celebrating victory with a fireworks display of doom that made the most OMGWTFBBQ explosion I will ever see.

Because all the others have been blown up. The ship is actually very, very good, which is why people used it until there was just one left.

 

I wasn't aware that there were 10 titans in the game now. When I was playing, people were still in mourning because one of the six or so in the game was destroyed.

 

The things take months to build.

 

EVE also combines skill and strategy in a very good way. Sure, bigger ships will get more kills, but you still occassionally get that one player who will jump in with an interceptor ship, blow the hell out of like 10 assault ships, because apparently he has evolved beyond having any brain power devoted to anything except EVE, and then jump back out, leaving you with a lot of wreckage and a look on your face which screams "Holy crap?!"

Yeahea! Love that. Are there any weapons a scoutship could carry and warp into the middle of an enemy fleet and fire off the weapon like a suicide bomber and blow up said fleet?

Nope, nothing like that.

You can sort of do that in spore, just fly in and bomb 'til you're dead.

Earth, go check out the EVE online trailers. It's a starship game with a player-based economy, player-driven wars, and an unimaginably massive universe with 7,000 individual star systems and a number of pocket galaxies accessed through wormholes.

EDIT: Not strategy, Mather. Not entirely. It's primarily RPG, and most players only have one ship.
