I'm 100% confident it is actually possible, as I've had 0/1 point before (don't know how I got it), but recharged at an obelisk as an easy task in the Ardounge Diary. I want to complete the Fremennik easy diary now, which also includes a task recharging at an obelisk, but I can't use the obelisk as I've got 1/1 summoning point. I don't want to level summoning, or complete wolf whistle. So far I've tried: - Having slayer monsters lower my stats, but they won't lower it any further than lvl 1.- Lowering stats standing in the snow near GWD, but it won't lower anything further than lvl 1.
