Well you got to remember that flashbangs IRL which are very bright still only down a person for 5 seconds

There is a milestone at 5.0...Its wonderous and magical...you can now survive in cold conditions(which arn't controlled by you, you can survive in those at 3.0). You can also start casting ritual spells, though you will need a ritual set and ingredience(You will need to tell me what you want to do and I will tell you what you need).

I want to create a snowstorm which lasts for a while ontop of my cave. Also, is it possible if I go on a quest to the arctic or something?

You will need a charging stone and an Ice Lair(Which you already have, fortunately) to create a Snow Storm on your cave. The Storm will last indefinately.

(What exactly is a charging stone? Can you buy it at the store?)

A charging stone is like a Strange Crystal but is only created by powerful mages(+20 levels)....Fortunately when they get to level 20 they make lots of them because they are like powercells, so you can find them in most Ivory Towers, or magic lairs...There are even a few in ruins.

The snowstorm won't be in the cave, that would be too easy. I want to create a snowstorm above the cave. Also, Jen begins building the base of an icy tower on top of her cave using ice magic to form it and carpentry to make sure the blocks are nice and straight. It should be able to remain frozen, because it's right next to the cave, and it'll be covered by snow (which will be replenished along with the cave).

Umbra(I just meant that rolling a 10(not good or bad) on an eyeball attack is slightly difficult to convey)

Jen can't quite get the construction right and the tower falls apart.
