Umbra confuses the orge.

The dark bolts miss the orge, but confuse it some more.

 

The orge falls over, confused.

Jen, I assure you, the ice will not melt since the forge will be at the back of the room and no fire magic will be used in the main part of the cave. There's only a small entrance to the room I'm living in, and that can be shut using a magical barrier of some kind (Or just a plain door) if you so wish.

 

Ares uses shadow magic to cloak himself and then starts searching for some kind of forest creature.

(Any healing exp? :D)

 

Jen attempts to create an enchanted magic cast with ice magic and healing magic. Basically it is created on the table in her house, and it helps heal her hand.

Well if you can construct the forge yourself, that'll be fine.

Jen creates an ice cast...it doesn't do anything magical but it holds the arm tightly.

Jen attempts to heal her hand with healing magic. It can't be healed in the wrong way because of the cast, but the heal can still fail.

Well, I sort of need Grim's help since he has like 2.7 in fire magic or something.

Jen's hand tingles a bit....there is no discernable change though.

Then you can build the forget outside and transport it in. Or you could learn the fire magic yourself. But he's not coming inside my house, except for tea parties (I don't have any tea yet though).

Why is he not allowed in? I can't build a forge and then move it, that wouldn't make sense. Also, I believe that I was the one who actually found the place, so it's as much mine as it is yours, you just nabbed the main room before I could.

Well he's good at fire magic and has a flaming staff and balls of flame floating around his head. Anything around him would probaly heat up 20 feet, so he would melt everything. If he extinguished his staff and the balls of flame he can come in. Of course I'm going to need one of the crystals for an ice golem for home defence first. :)

(Is there any penalty for the slightly injured hand? Also, how long will it take to heal in the cast?)

Jen attempts to enchant her diamond with ice magic. The diamond is harder, so it'll probaly be more resistant to shatter and can probaly hold more charges.

Or you can just lower the temperature and cancel it out while he's inside the cave.

 

I need both crystals in case th first one is accidentily destroyed.

 

Ares continues to look for forest creatures to kill.

Fair enough about the crystals, but he's still going to have to extinguish his staff and his balls of fire. I tried to kill him before, so I can't have those balls of fire around me. :thumbsup:

There is no penelty, except being easier to kill.

 

Jen enchants her diamond with Ice Magic, creating the Diamond Shard Crystal, which you can use to cast Ice Shards at things, indefinately.

(Woohoo, auto cast ice shards! Also, can you confirm that I have 4.8 ice magic?)

 

Also Ross, could you try to heal my hand? I want to go on a quest soon, so I should be fully healed.

 

(Also, I had a great idea about an area with two mountains, one bounded in fire and the other ice. We could adventure there and meet all kinds of creatures, as well as sentient creatures we could trade with)
