Kemios finds his way from wherever he is to a nearby cliff, where he practices earth magic by making pebbles throw themselves off the cliff. Is there supposed to be a raid on a giblin village soon? The route to it may be dangerous, but the rewards may be great. Will you come along Ross and Dusty? If I fail the quest, then I'll kill Igos. If I succeed, then the grudge is forgiven. Once I practise my Geomancy a bit more, I can make some huge alterations, and turn it into a hall with a ton of side rooms, with some help from other people.
