While grim waits he tries to summon a pillar in the nearby ground he also calls the fire golem closer to him (was it the mother golem that ended up being changed into a fire golem?)

Igos tells the carpenter to build the walls at the spot where the goblin village once rested. Kemios' castle lies in the center of this area. This area was cleared for the most part, with efforts from both Kemios and Igos. (I'm assuming the carpenter has a team of worksmen to build?)

Grim-(Yeah it was the Mother Golem) The golem leaves the Golem cave and walks to the Ivory Tower...nothing gets in its way.

Umbra is told of the ivory tower and sets off, at the gate he bows to the mages and asks for entry

Ares goes to the surface and shifts the wall into an octagonal pattern around the underground chamber. He then creates a second wall in the same shape but farther in, and creates a staircase leading from each point to the exact centre of the shape.

Igos agrees to have the mason send his brothers. He also pays the mason to begin the construction of the palisade walls.
