Robert_R
This is how I beat him finally after 8 tries: I wore full d hide, ardy cape 3, z spear, barrows gloves, d boots, glory and no ring. I brought 4 prayer potions, 1 super set, full inventory of rocktails, unicorn scrolls, one unicorn pouch, and filled my tortoise with rocktail. I just tanked him for all of his attacks EXCEPT the one that hits 75. When he said "lets make things interesting I ran behind the pillar so he would run close to me and I could attack him right next to the pillar. Then when he says "you can't hide from my wrath" (he teleports close to his chair when he says this) run behind the pillar again ,heal/pot if you need to, and his attack will miss you. Once he goes into crazy mode just put on protect from melee and piety/turmoil and tank the rest. Key to this is DO NOT use ruby bolts.... Zamorakian spear is much better. I used a full inventory of brews and full tort of brews every attempt with ruby bolts but only 27 rocktails with z spear.

Dax
Also, does Darklight do anything to him? I saw someone say something about it the other day. (Sorry for the double post, guys) #KERR2016/17/18/19/20/21. #rpgformod
gspbeetle
Question: Do sap prayers work on him? Like Jad, sap mage does drain his magic and defence. I can manage to hit him with 4x attack when I run out of restores... or was it done by the war tortle? Examine ChenGMT (level: 138)

Lrn2maths. I was getting 200k+ for prayer at my levle. If you were at 98 you get a load of exp, it also helps if you hate SW and want one of them pets. He also has 1500 HP. And with the cape you get a +12 prayer bonus, that is a lot of bonus and helps out a ton when using it while praying. Based on your stats (doesn't even look like you can even start the quest anyway) 70 zeal really would not mean a whole lot but for me 70 zeal = 283.5k prayer XP. :)And someone else pointed out the 12 prayer bonus the cape gives is awesome. Sir_Squab
Well, didn't read through the entire thing, but I looked at your posts so I'm pretty sure you haven't done it. Some of your stats are slightly lower then mine, but they shouldn't be low enough to effect much. Well, you know how to dodge his 75 attack and I assume you can deal with the 4 nomads and the 1hp under max hit. So, I used karils top/body, fury, ruby e bolts, accumulator, rune c-bow, mages book, guthix dragonhide coif, snakeskin boots, ring of dueling. (I had it on for teleports :P) I took a zamorak spear and I think 4-5 super restores. Rest were saradomin brews, same with my war tortoise. (Might've taken a couple more rests and a couple less brews, not sure on exact invent) I ranged him, dodging the 75 spec and the mines, getting rid of the duplicates easily enough. When frozen, I used this as a point to drop empty vials and restock from my tortoise. If you range him when frozen, make sure to brew up to the highest possible hp in case ruby (e) effect kicks in when Nomads attack does. Also, DO use this time to drop vials and empty turtle, because I've heard you don't have enough time in Berserker mode. Frankly, my tortoise was empty by that time so I didn't notice. I used deflect mage and sap mage until berserker mode, then sap melee, pray melee, and sap mage (for no apparent reason) during berserker mode. (I put on mage deflect/sap before I talked to him and had deflect melee, sap melee/mage on quickprayers.) Also, I was standing far outside melee range during the fight. And his distance attack splashed on me. It was definitely magic, not a magic based melee attack like some people have said. (Who probably spent more time standing beside him then I did.) Laura
lol, im level 132 99str att hp... and i can't do it either... 7th attempt. i bought full bandos ags zerker fury.. and got him close but did'nt finish him off.Sorry to tell you that you wasted your money on Bandos. You really want Armadyl or Karils (although it will degrade, but the melee degradation on the former isn't too helpful). :\
