Rhonda
Try the Meiyerditch dungeon if you've done Legacy of Seergaze.
Cactuaar
If you do the legacy of seergaze quest, you could kill mutated bloodvelds. I'm not sure how much better they are, but you could cannon them for quick exp. I haven't done the quest though, so I have no idea no how crowded it is. But it's a possibility. Aslan
Bloodvelds in the Gwd area.Easy to kill in the Zamorak part of the dungeon, after crossing the water. You need a zammy item on all the time (I suggest something cheap such as the stole). Cptbaker08
Well the Mutated Bloodvelds are always empty. I only met 1 other person there, but they were almost done with the task. If you cannon them the exp you can get is great. There are also regular bloodvelds right nex t to the mutated ones if you rather kill those. But the quests leading up to, and including, The Legacy of Seergaze are annoying with all the running around. I would suggest you do the quests though as its always nice to take a break and quest. Aslan
Well if you use Kuradal she doesn't assign Warped Terrorbirds, only Warped Tortoises.

Draconic
Actually, they're pretty fast. They have horrendous defense, and the ringing only takes a second if you do it normally. They also drop tortoise shells, quite often too, which can be sold for a good profit. When you go feather dragon god, you never go back.
Umoria
There are three places to kill Bloodvelds:- Slayer tower (crowded)- GWD in Zamorak encampment (not crowded, but you need a Zammy item, I suggest the dragonhide legs or torso. Cheap, and wearing the dhide makes the hit less often.- After legacy of seergaze (not done the quest, and you want 99 def first) So I guess the GWD is a good bet, if you want to take the trip there. If not, your only option is the Slayer Tower. I can kill 250 dust devils in 45 minutes, but killing 200 warped tortoises takes nearly an hour.
