Armoured Zombies Setup?

So I finally unlocked them :D but I am wondering what setup I should use to maximize my exp/h.

 

Currently I look like:

 

Neitz

Salve Ammy

Verac's Brassard

Verac's Skirt

Abby Whip

Rune Defender

Dragon Boots

Obby Cape

(Don't have any gloves that give stat bonuses :P )

you either want:

 

Prayer gear. So prossy + Salve etc

or

Void (with slave)

or

Tanking armour, so torags

 

Unless uve got about 90+ defence then you can manage with barrows etc.

I would say the stuff with the highest prayer bonus you can get (proselyte, falador shield, ardougne cape)...i think theres an altar just above where you kill them. Also salve ammy (e) for the 15%/20% bonus, not sure which

Seeing as how you don't have the level for a yip I would suggest: Prossy top with Verac's skirt.

The rest of your equiptment is fine.

For gloves take Spiky Black Vambraces if you have nothing better. (Can be bought on GE or made using kebbit spikes on Black d'hide vambs)

Take and ee/sgs for spec.

And a few monkfish and you should be fine if you're using the first spot near the alter, just pray piety and recharge when needed.

Don't bother with prayer bonus, you're literally three seconds away from an altar, it doesn't make much of a difference at all. With a bunyip, 90 defence, and full void, I don't really need any food at all. So with your 80 defence, and Verac's armor, you won't need any food... if you had a BUNYIP!!! Even better would be Torag's, or something with better defence, if you don't mind buying it (unless you already have it). Alternatively, you can use void, with your 80 defence, you probably won't need much food, and won't need to bank much at all... if you had a bunyip.

 

Once you have your BUNYIP, use a super set (defence potion not really necessary), turn on piety, and pwn some zombies. Repot often for maximal xp rates, and recharge prayer when needed. Stay by the ladder, and hop if it's too crowded.

 

But first of all... get a BUNYIP!!!

I'll tell you what, I have 80 defence AND I can use a bunyip. I also have full mellee void and a salve (e).

 

Over the next few days (absolute latest will be on tuesday) I'll go there and test whether you need food or not.

 

Ps. If you don't have it, possibly more important than a BUNYIP will be Enchanted Excalibur. GET IT NOW!!! (if you already don't).

And remember, the cooking requirement can be reduced by 5 (chefs delight) the fishing by another 5? (admirals pie) and I stewed for the fletching and firemaking requirements. Seriously, unless you have a spare SGS, you NEED this weapon.

I would also HIGHLY recommend you do rfd for the barrows gloves, or at least rune/dragon gloves; it's like wearing 3 figheter torsos in terms of strength, a sw cape in terms of defense, and 2/3 of a defender in terms of attack. If not that, you could at least get the gloves from the stronghold of player safety or FoG gloves and they have decent bonuses.

To get the EE, do I need to do the whole Seer's diary or just the hard tasks? And how long should it take?

Entire thing, no idea how long it'll take -- it's not that bad, just follow the tip.it guide and as long as you have the requirements, it won't take that long. Couple hours or so, I would guess.
