February 18, 201016 yr There's very rarely competition, I've only had to world hop maybe two or three times between 59 and 60-whatever level I currently am. I see you don't have 71 hunter so Arctic Bear is out, but if in the future you get 71 summoning and want to hunt some more, the Bear raised my xp/hr by 5-10k, so it might be worth it if you already have the levels. Without it, at red sallies, you can get anywhere from 65-70k xp/hr.
