Strange colours throughout RuneScape

Seems like it was likely just a mistake on the part of Jagex, or as was said, maybe a graphics issue on your end?

It's obviously npc's are having a rave party downstairs.

I mean, it's always visible to the next of a stair/door.

I use w99, and the Slayer Caves only is the only one I've noticed.

 

It was at the spot where I rested so that's maybe why I noticed it.

I'm 99% sure that a Mailbox used to be above the spot in Varrock. Shadows maybe?

Happens on any world. And since I've found the glitch also with a super-stable Java install and an NVidia GeForce 7300 GT, it means it can happen to anyone. Particularly users in HD mode. Further, I've seen it turn black, magenta, and a shade of green that really doesn't go well with the dirt/grass mix outside the bank. :-?

 

I'd definitely say Jagex has yet another issue to fix. <_<
