Depending on where you live you might have to use a komma instead of a dot for the desimal. Grim_ Posted March 28, 2010 Share Posted March 28, 2010 The bio and chem. warfare clauses are kind of stupid. Moderated use of biological and chemical warfare is fine. The whole "no one can loose their territory on earth" bit makes the early game rather pointless and the standardization takes most of the real world feel from the game.
