Retech don't quit, you still have stuff in the country, think of Mather his country was almost annhilated by nukes, he's still playing, you should keep playing too! Its not really arbitrary...America invades, Central America counter invades, seizes some sites and launches a single nuke against America. Retech is given three distinct chances to back down, and doesn't...
