Only answer you can give is that it isn't, so I don't really care about your agreement. Sorry, that is unless you get out of America. But I don't think you're going to do that, anyway? Okay. Just realize that I can't come to your defense if you get yourself into a war with half of Europe. I don't plan on declaring war on you or anything, but you will definitely create some major enemies. Honestly, I'm not all that fussed with you expanding into the Baltic States, but you also have to realize that most people are. Also, as a side-note, I will offer neutrality in this conflict, but here's a little warning. If you decide to attack me or my associated territories (which is the same thing in all honesty), then you will also have declared war on all of my allies, both known and unknown. Likewise, in order to keep me out of a conflict, you will also have to stop expanding in Europe, otherwise, my alliances will force me into a war.
