And I only lose 200b to America, as I had only included Texas before in my previous IAG.

 

And don't forget to subtract another 100b from Japan, India, Kazakh, Iran, and South Africa.

No, Retech still gets 400b from my land. But only 200b is subtracted from my IAG because I had only added 200b IAG to mine (even though I had 400b from the land).
