Example

 

He used a credit card and ended up owing money (negative credits)

 

Can he still use the credit card to buy credit

 

a. Even though he doesnt owe money anymore but since its a source of bad credit will they accept it

 

or

 

B he still owes money but wants to pay with the credit card that issuesd him the first bad credit

That OR he bought some sort of pre-paid credit card (based on the "pins" thing) and some how got into negative membership credit on these, and now wnats to use the same brand of card again?

I bought pins off my own phone dad did not pay my bill. Wondering if i could use pins to buy off the negative credit with pins, but from a different source.

So you are saying:

 

You did pay by phone and bought X days of membership.

Dad found this on phonebill and refused to pay, therefore Jagex did not get their money and thus revoked the membership.

So you now have negative membership.

If this is what you are asking, yes. When you have negative membership ANY membership you buy will pay off the negative. So if you pay by phone, then end up with -10 days. Then buy 30 days via paypal you end up with 20 days (10 days used to erase the - 10)

Try emailing Runescape billing support. I once had 90 days it was taken off for free(I was hacked at the time though.)

I don't think you can use sms/pbp pins to get out of negative credit, but I know for sure ultimate game cards will work.

So, you don think i can use Pbp Pins, from a different source?
