S1RSM0KEAL0T
Hi i recently became a member on and my combat level is 77 i have 60 atk 80 str and 40 defense. I was looking for some tips and advice on monsters i could kill at my level that yield good exp and also have good drops so i can make some money. I dont have too many member quests done so plz dont list any monsters that require a quest to get to. Also another thing that would be nice is if the monsters are near a bank because with my low defense level i have to bank often for food.
Slaykan
I suggest slayer may be boring at first but gets better plus by starting at that lvl you won't waste to much melee xp by the time u get it very high, plus pretty good xp and money later on. Good Timber does not grow with ease, the stronger the wind, the stronger the trees. There is dignity in suffering, nobility in pain, but failure is a salted wound, that burns over and over again.
cowmaster187
most people are going to be saying slayer but another option would bei personally did moss giants. they are kinda close to the fishing guild bank (not sure about your fishy lvl) and there are a couple in the varrock sewers. money is ok due to the occasional ranarr seed and snap seed but if you want real money id say go slayer EDIT: post 666 for me  ~~~legoman187~~~ Clicky siggy for blogThanks Pendonub for fancy new sigThieving guide[WIP]Loyal player since May 2005 and member since November 2005 and Tifer for many years~~~legoman187~~~
ovorette
These are some serious limitations! :) Off the top of my head, I suggest killing goats in Nardah. There are a number of them just west of the bank and the horns are quite salable. You should be able to take the carpet ride from Shantay Pass to Pollnivneach, then run to the south and take another carpet from Pollnivneach to Nardah. That should cost you around 500 gp. Don't forget to buy and bank plenty of waterskins - and fill them with water before you go as you won't have access to water in Nardah without completing a quest. friedtomato7
I would kill chaos druids in tavalry dungen and drop all herbs bellow harralandar. It is good combat experience and about 80k per inventory of herbs. "Zamorak pjed Zaros. He would have won 1v1." The two most common elements in the universe are hydrogen and stupidity. But not in that order-BrianPickrell"In science one tries to tell people, in such a way as to be understood by everyone, something that now one ever knew before. But in poetry, its the exact opposite." Paul Dirac, 1902-1984
I_am_Geed
The moss giant idea is good. These may not be good for drops but I always found decent for exp are Paladins (located in a place called Ardougne Castle, should be easy to find with your minimap) Theres some in the stalls where you can thieve cake and some in the castle. Plus both are relatively close to a bank. Ooh. Just checked the droplist. They do drop clue scrolls (level 2) and key halves, the key halves sell for either 20k or 50k, depending what half you get, plus gems which are so expensive these days. Cptbaker08
When I was lower leveled I either do slayer tasks, or Moss Giants. I killed them north of Ardougne and banked when i needed to. Once you get stronger you can try Fire Giants next. Tempest_Mike
Rock crabs are an old favourite that would be pretty good at your defence level.
jsboutin2
I'd slay while taking tasks for Vannaka. The exp in slayer itself will seem very slow, but it gets a lot better with time, and the combat xp is ok.
