Also, I didn't stick A super weapon on a boat...I stuck a technology on a boat. You can do this, it isn't an ability reserved solely for Archi. Modify an existing design, create something new, ask how much it would cost and how long it will take to research, etc. I've done it plenty of times, and thus have several aces up my sleeve in case I ever need to use them.
