They are VERY good. The focus isn't as high as some people say is required, and it's not TOO dangerous and their max hit isn't THAT high. You'll burn through food fairly quick, yes, but I can't say it's particularly dangerous, especially when you can get back there within 6 minutes should you die. ~It's Super Effective!
