I need a skill to do while I look at Tv. Is it only wc and fishing I can do without looking at the screen and clicking too often?

I've tried it before, I think you can watch TV and play with basically any skill out there, as long as its not too click-intensive. I think Woodcutting and Fishing work, but if you want, you might also want to try Fletching, Herblore, Crafting, Smithing or Cooking. These skills don't exactly require your fullest attention, but you have to check your screen every 20 seconds or so. Still, you won't miss much of your show

Have fun, I'm sure you can think of a lot more skills!

Huge thanks to Eval Riz for the signature!

Actually, if you're a fast clicker agility at ape atoll works OK, since most of your time is running around. But it depends on how close your monitor and tv are, in your vision...

Magic's very easy also, with alching these days you can just constantly click the mouse (or if you put mousekeys on, the "5" button on your numpad) and it will keep alching. So just watch tv and mash 5 :)

Dragon Riding Cult Leader?

Not really partial afk training at all, but I've actually had quite nice results with watching tv while mining the past week. Well, actually hulu with a dual monitor setup and I'm rewatching a tv show I've already seen, so I'm not too worried about missing things. Although somehow I do seem to be able to pay pretty good attention to the show while mining quite fast.

Dual monitors is the only way to mine.

+1

I did cooking and combat while playing call of duty :)

I did that for almost all of my Fletching. :P

If you have the mining level you can semi afk concentrated coal/gold or rune essence. Though I wouldn't recommened rune ess as you spend more time running to and from the bank than you do mining the rock.

Cannonballs, churning butter/cheese wheels from milk, and cooking the skills I typically use for low attention training. The first two aren't that great for money or xp, but they take a long time to complete.
