Ok so I just got switched to F2P (2 days early too i don't know why :/) and my stats are in my siggy.

But i won't be getting Members back for at least a month, so what's some skills i could train till i get member's back? And how would I go about leveling them? (don't say dungeon, i absolutely despise that skill -_-)

Thank you :)

I would train strength to 99 at spiders or woodcut till 99 or range at lessers till at least like 80 - 85? Heaps of options.. Spend money on 99 firemaking?

There arent many things you can do in f2p that will be as efficient as p2p, or even comparable. FM is probably your best choice at FOG, burning maples of course. Other than that, there isnt a whole lot to do. You could train combat, as previously mentioned. That is probably the next most reasonable choice. The first thing to try to do it get membs back sooner :P You can figure out a way if you really try.

Ok a couple questions then

FOG

1. what equipment would i use like armor wise? Since i would be doing melee.

2. Is it normal XP for FOG?

Spiders

1. What setup would i use for spiders?

2. Can i train att or def there too? And what weapon would i use?

Welcome to the ex-P2P club

FoG: If you really feel it helps, bring along d hide and rune armour, but personally I entirely focus on offensive capabilities. When you're hunted, armour makes such a minuscule difference that it really only bogs you down when you try to run or hunt down a running hunted player.

My setup is:

Rune Scim

Maple short on switch with steel arrows

Power Ammy/Str ammy

Monk Robes

Runecrafter's Hat

Rune Gauntlets

Explorer Ring

Prayer is the #1 life lengthening measure in this game, aside from total avoidance of attacks. However, at 75 I often find games ending much sooner than I can drain it with a protection prayer, rapid heal, and +15% defence, so I'm thinking of switching with d hide.

I highly recommend switching styles throughout the fight against tough opponents.

All xp in FoG is halved

Spiders:

Full rune

Rune scimmy

Power ammy

Rune Gaunts

Zerker shield or regular kite (recharge on zerker is cheap now, like 3 games)

Bring an invent of trouts as they're dirt cheap and will be able to sustain you there for a stupidly long time anyway. Salmon if you're willing to spend a little more. The next step up would be salmon or tuna.

You can train all melee styles here.

Finally, Great Orb Project is a decent F2P moneymaker with talismans. You also get a minute amount of RC xp.

I might do the spiders thing because honestly, FoG kind of annoys me :/ like i like it, but it's only fun for about an hour than i'm over it :/

But what's the XP/HR at spiders? and there in the stronghold?

I think rates were around 50-60k an hour. Have a look at zaaps1's guide in the AoW.

I dont know what you prefer, but when I went F2P heres what I did.

Fished. Alot. 60-75, gunna go for 85 before p2p.

made 40k airs and 40k earth runes.. got 60 rc.

Currently getting all F2P skills to 80 ( excluding dung ) before I get members.

But yes FOG is a good idea.
