Just to clear something up to Icu:

 

The way war generally works is that, if peace is made between two nations, each nation doesn't just keep what they're occupying, unless its been worked out in the treaty that that land should go to one of the nations. You get what I'm saying? You have to actually include the land in the peace terms if you want it.

 

So...unless Trol says that it was agreed upon that Gibraltar was the cost for peace, it's still a British province.
