Vulxai
It's a pretty good program. It mixes strength training with cardio, and flexibility (yoga is in the program). It changes the routine every what is it, 30 days? So that takes care of muscle confusion. I have it, and it was really good. Just make sure you can stick to it, though. A lot of people get it, but can't stick with it because it's too tough for them. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
noble_aloof
i just do ab ripper. the results are existent however somewhat mediocre after 6 weeks. if your not looking to lose weight, there are better fitness programs. QueenValerie
Agree with vettro... Tony Horton is the go to guy... I mean seriously the man is now 52 years old and is in top shape!! I recently seen a video of him doing a workout on a beach and I was literally floored watching him.. Truly unbelievable! He could climb a rope quicker then most high schoolers in top shape... GAH! This is an old topic but worth discussing... BUMP. EDIT" OUCHY ~ It was an accident... I realized I made the mistake after I wrote it...... <_<

But anyway that actually looks like a decent program to do. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages. Lenticular_J
I'll probably be doing it this summer, if my OSO thinks I oughtta. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
Ac3oSpad3
I am currently doing the ab-ripper. Its actually pretty nice, its good for cutting down. But I definately prefer weight training for the other body parts like arms and chest and stuff.
