If you are on windows 2000 , you may have to look for C:\WINNT\.file_store_32

instead of

C:\WINDOWS\.file_store_32

I like to fart silently but deadly in movie theaters

What seems to be the problem? please stop bumping when you dont provide any more information for us to go on.

the folder might be hidden. go to folder options to show hidden files and folders.

I have had this problem before on my computer. This problem can be caused by a number of different things. First: Are you using Microsoft Java, or Sun Java? 2nd: Make sure that windows firewall (if you have sp2) allows runescape to go through.
