Fury or 84 Herblore

Featured Replies

So I have a decent cash pile and I want to spend it on herblore, however I can't quite get far enough to hit 84, I'm wondering if I'd be better off with 84 herblore and selling my fury or trying to scrounge around for some more money else where. I primarily do slayer.

Save money, invest it in flipping even if its buying stable raw materials and selling them for 1-2gp more in bulk. Do your dailies, mtk, and herb runes (few a day if you can), keep the fury to help you do slayer! Once your closier to your herb goal and you feel the need to sell fury, then sell it.

I generally would never sell an item i use just to obtain something else. Thats why I feel my NET worth is more impressive than whatever my cashpile is at the time. It also helps build a character that is more balanced, I hate it when Im trying to get dking teams together for example and people are sitting there trying to last minute buy and sell equipment and potions, etc.

Might be just me but I always like to be prepared and will never be selling items I plan on using.

It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.

I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).

I'd say keep it. I never like selling items I like to get other things.

Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller. (At one point.) 2000+ total. 99 Magic.

Buying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. It's like buying nukes for North Korea.

Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:

your article was the equivalent of a circumcized porcupine

The only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it.

Poignant Purple to Lokie's Ravishing Red and Alg's Brilliant Blue.

84 Herblore would be handy for metal dragons as you could boost and make Super-Antifire potions (85), however a Z Spear is another 7m on top of that if you don't already have one. Personally I'd stick with the Fury for now (chances are it's going to continue rising anyway) until you have the money for 85 herblore and Fury's have stopped rising. Hope this helps!

If you primarly do slayer.. keep it.

Do herb runs every 1-2 tasks.

This isnt the best farming xp, but definitly good for herbs :)

Trust me, extremes are so much more useful than a fury. i would sepnd it on herby, you wont regret it.

wisky_is_goo.png

Extremes > fury, but it would be better to keep your fury and use it to make the money for extremes.

See I was thinking extremes would make it easier to make the money for a fury.
