Mcqueen
Finally reached under 10% body fat (9.6% to be more exact) :D Hoping for at least 9% or lower in the next few months...
Lionheart_0
thats good and all... but dont go bellow 7%. you need atleast 7% to basicly live. The fat gives you energy and you really need it to protect organs. Sig by IkuraiYour Guide to Posting! Behave or I will send my Moose mounted Beaver launchers at you! More hard work but it'll be worth it. :)

Just work on actuly being fit (unless you are), and if not that, gaining weight in muscles. Just dont overdo it. Sig by IkuraiYour Guide to Posting! I don't have much stamina but I'd rather build muscle rather than be able to run for 30 minutes easily.

Scruffy5389
You can calculate it here: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/bfb It gave me a negative number... :? Maybe I shouldn't have just guessed at all the measurements  I'm sure my body fat is really low anyway, but it would be interesting to actually get it tested. What does this machine from P.E. look like?

What does this machine from P.E. look like? Little white thing with some metal where you hold it. Sends a "micropulse" through you and measures the time it takes to come back. Kind of interesting really...

Size 16 is in kids sizes, and isn't shown in inches like adult pants are. A size 16 jeans has a waist around 25-30 inches I'd estimate.
Ryan
Using your measurements of a 28 inches waist and weight of 158 pounds your body fat percentage is estimated to be 9.30 % using the U.S. Navy body fat formula, or 8.31 % using the formula developed by the YMCA. Barihawk
30.20% Thats because I play sports and have wide hips :P. My goal for next semester is to run and lose 30 pounds, which will put me at my ideal weight for my body type of 180. I've stopped playing football, so I really need to slim down. That's really not a bad weight for a 20 year old. Aerobics ftw! My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley
Simmias
I'm pretty fit. I don't have much stamina but I'd rather build muscle rather than be able to run for 30 minutes easily. rather be able to run for 30 mins or more than have muscles, kinda pointless having them if u cant even use em...
