Well i recently came across some money so ive been buying some armour and weapons but im done with that phase, its time to get some skills higher.

 

I cant decide between piety and super antifires so im gonna list off some pros + cons for em both add in anything ud like and what you would do, i have about 60m bank now and im wondering how much they would cost also bc i have no idea (70 pray around 10-11m but i have no idea about 85 herblore)

 

Piety:

Pros: versital, raises combat, gwd, bosses

Cons:10-11m

 

Super antifires:

Pros: Can kill metals and leather drags much easier. Bonus xp weekend coming up. Helps clan out

Cons: IDK the cost

ALSO!!!!!!!!!! IF I GET 70 pray what skill should i work on the bonus xp weekend? Chinning? bursting? Dhing skeletons at ape atol?

70 pray, THEN 85 herb. Piety is more useful for bosses, and in general it costs way less.

 

Save until you can get all of 84 or 85 herb after that, stew to extremes :)

Looking at your levels, not only would 70 prayer be more beneficial, but it would be easier and cheaper.

 

You'd need around 75-100m for herb at the very least, not to mention all herbs are about to rise with the bonus exp weekend, and are near impossible to buy. Prayer is not suffering the same fate (gilded altars do not work on bonus exp weekend), and you'd also only need 10-20m for 60-70.

 

Piety > super antifires, and is slightly better than extreme att/str's IMO (which you would be able to stew to at 85).

How much would 85 herb cost normaly?

Good rule of thumb is 22-30gp/xp.

A skill you hate. Agility, thieving Idk. Or if you don't hate it at least pick a slower skill. Maybe mining for example.

Just a thought, from 59-70 pray cost me 9.5m at the ecto, so if you use an altar it should be around 11m?

probably but d bones have been on a downward angle down to almost 5k ea now so itl be a little less

I bought them when they were about 4.5k each

i just bought piety from 60-70 it costed about 10.3mill im going to get 71 though for deflect melee if i ever get curses

from what i hear curses aren't all that great for melee until you have turmoil because piety is better than leaches and deflect prayers are not worth giving up piety. so basically 71 prayer isn't really needed

Yeah, the extra damage from deflect melee is insignificant compared to protect from melee for PVM. stick with standard prayers.

Im gonna get 71 anyway because too many peopel have 70 and i can always switch back and forth between the 2 prayers
