Clever idea for a second bind

Featured Replies

So, i'm not a combat fanatic at all (the only combat i do outside of daemonheim is slayer and guards ;D) but i have 60/60/48

Anyway, most people bind a platebody for their second bind, which is only mildly clever, whereas i have a pretty good equivalent bind:

Best dagger you can wield + weapon posion (++) = posion, then switch to your first bind? :)

poison isn't that useful in dung

Not really clever at all.

Bind 1 = weapon so you can get supplies easier

Bind 2 = armour so you can survive better and get better armour faster.

If you do it one of the best ways you have a spear as your weapon for all attack methods, spear can be poisoned.

And poison aint tht useful anyway

If you poison an item then bind it the poison will be permanent until you get rid of the weapon.

You'd be better off binding something that you can't make and improves your primary weapon (a blood necklace) or that helps you to stay alive (a shadow silk hood).

considering you can poison a spear....and the spear is better then anything else there (besides 2h if using a melee ring of course)

What would be the point of using an inferior weapon, when you can use something better that can also be poisoned.

if you have the slayer and combat levels required to kill Eddimu, then it just might drop a blood necklace. This is a definite 2nd bind, as it activates every 10 seconds, dealing 40 damage to any npc's adjacent to you and heals you for half the damage dealt.

the blood necklace seems slightly overrated Imo, since rarely do you find yourself with more then 2 monsters adjacent to you. Especially when you consider while using a Shadow Silk hood, the majority of monsters that can still attack you, do so from long range, so getting many adjacent to you is even harder. I'd take the Hexhunter bow over Blood Necklace anyways

Daggers really aren't that great. Neither is poison. If you REALLY want poison, take a spear. Your 2nd bind should either be a platebody, or a shadow silk hood/blood necklace, if you can actually get your hands on one.

Buying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. It's like buying nukes for North Korea.

Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:

your article was the equivalent of a circumcized porcupine

The only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it.
