getting all skills 70+

So here are my questions, what would be the best way to train certain skills, but ways that are more cost/efficient.

 

exp rates would be helpfull

 

I have around 9m to toy with. Plus getting 70 runecrafting and farming will bring in quite a bit.

 

 

The skills that i need assists in are:

herblore 48/70

theiving 60/70

agility 56/70

prayer 62/70

constrution 42/70

 

My other skills that i need 70 in are:

smithing

mining

fishing

crafting

runecrafting

 

but I already know how im going to train those

 

 

Also if someone can give me tips on dungeoneering that would be welcome, i already know about prestige and reseting tho,

theiving 60/70 | blackjacking or pyramid plunder(depends what you'll like most).Check out the thieving guide in the AOW section.

agility 56/70 | wilderness course

prayer 62/70 |dragon bones with gilded altar or dragon bones using ectofuntus(slower xp but cheaper)

constrution 42/70 | oak larders

 

My other skills that i need 70 in are:

I'm pursuing a similar goal of all stats 70+. herbalore right now you stand no chance at leveling unless you farm your own herbs. thieving- pp or blackjacking. agility just wait for double exp and go skull ball or ape atoll. prayer costs 9.5mil from 60-70 so you should either get better cash flow or kill dragons for the bones. construction, like agility, you stand no chance at training right now because of double exp. your going to have to DIY oak planks.

Okay here are my recommendations,

 

Herblore, Be sure to train in the double exp weekend upcoming, you'd save alot of money! Not sure of what to make though, but i guess anything is fine. Be sure to do this first when having double exp, prepare yourself, gather some herbs! ;-)

Thieving, Go to Pyramid Plunder, its really fast exp, be sure to read a good guide. When you reach 61 thieving it will be even better! Guess this could be done when at 1.1 multiplier during double exp.

Agility, Keep doing ape atoll course, or do brimhaven if you enjoy it more. Do this during double exp after you have done herblore.

Prayer, Buy Dragon Bones (those yields most xp/gp even more than baby dragon bones, so i dont get why people are buying them!!?) Keep sacrificing them to gilded altars at yanille world 31. Dont do this until 2x exp is over..

Construction, Go to SC and get a Stealing Creation Hammer, several could be wise. Buy oak planks, get the best butler. Have him go to the bank for you and grab oak planks while you make oak larders, this is expensive but really fast!! Dont do this until 2x exp is over..

I strongly advise you to do as many quests as possible! Get the xp rewards from them while you're low-level, because the sooner you get them, the more value you get out of them. 10k agility xp from Myths of the White Lands is a lot more valuable if you're earning 30k xp/hr at lv55 than if you're getting 70k xp/hr at lv93, right?

Following Troacctid's advice above, consider WGS for 400k xp in hard/expensive skills like rc, summoning, agility, herblore and prayer. It's a big quest, maybe, but very worth it.
