I would like to know the quickest way to get 86 Magic using Lunar or Normal Magebook. Not using the BEW. Yes, I do the circus. If profit is possible, I would like it.

^ this. however, buy runes from the stores for it up until bonus week and then just use them all during the week.

Once you get 80 just cast string ammy, it's fast, easy, and afkable but very, very expensive.
