Or the best cw armor, but those would be just terribly stupid(and highly unlikely). But again, as said earlier, nothing should be off limits.

Not gonna happen on a hard task.

1. Mine a Coal/Gold Ore from Al Kharid's mine resource dungeon. (Coal for the adamant/mithril hatchet and melee armor or gold ore for the amulet of power ?)

2. Mine an Adamant/Mithril Ore from Lumbridge Swamp Mine (Thanks to troacctid) (for the adamant/mithril hatchet and melee armor)

3. Smith an Adamant/Mithril Hatchet (and full Mithril? Melee Armour) (for the yew tree)

4. Chop a yew tree from the church (and burn it - optional).

5. Buy a Water Altar Teleport from the Runecrafting Guild (Thanks to troacctid) (for the water runes)

6. Make X water runes (for the water blast)

7. Make a Diamond Amulet at X (and imbue it - optional) (for the water blast)

8. Kill a duck using Water Blast with an Amulet of Power equiped. (in full melee armor ? for the epicness :D)

9. Kill X Black Knights using a Black weapon (X = Your Combat Level / 10)

10. Kill the Demon at wizard's tower using a crossbow (in full melee armor ? for the epicness :D) (or with maple bow for the level requirement ?)

11. Talk with the Duke after Dragon Slayer.

 

etc etc I am sure we can make them up to 10-12

Off the top of my head, there's yew trees to chop, the Runecrafting Guild, the furnace and anvil for smithing whatever, and mith and addy ores to mine.
