September 4, 201015 yr Absolutely, you should have no problem mageing barrows. As stated before, it won't be too efficient, but entirely possible. Mage is the best way to barrow, unless you happen to have a chaotic weapon and high melee stats. It's probably a good idea to get a black salamander, this way you could do the ancients + sally tactic. ~It's Super Effective! So, I'd recommend at least 70 magic before you try it, as it'll double your freeze length. (I see what you mean though) The cheapest way to mage would be slayer dart I believe.I think it's the black salamander. September 5, 201015 yr My biggest suggestion would be to get 55 slayer and use slayer dart at barrows. Other than that, yes it is possible. But it isn't anywhere near efficient.
