September 8, 201015 yr On my noob account (78 slayer) I can just buy a SS or ZS, not both. Which should I choose for general slaying (kuradal) ? I don't skip tasks (don't block them except for black demons either) and I have no access to exteme pots
September 8, 201015 yr SS is useless, you already have 99 Str, and, besides WF, Whip+ Defender is always better. Same deal with ZS. The only thing its better than WHip+ZS is WF and dragons. Honestly, for overall Slayer, just use a Whip. Dungeoneering isn't a skill. I'm faster than bots at Sorceress Garden. PM me if you want to chat. My PM is always off. My keyboard is on fire. September 9, 201015 yr SS is barely better than ZS at waterfiends--you can hardly tell the difference at all. ZS is good at waterfiends, plus it's better than a whip at dragons with super antifires. September 9, 201015 yr Zspear is FAR more usefull then the SS is, and ever will be. The SS is honestly an overrated item, even before rapier came out. The real efficient players used a Whip on controlled before the rapier. It was only ever good at Waterfiends, and the difference between Spear and SS there is like..a few minutes saved per hour, if even that. It honestly surprises me that the Z spear isn't worth more then the SS.SS does have a minor advantage at waterfiends for less-than-maxed players (besides being marginally faster) in that its crush setting trains strength rather than controlled, and strength xp is more valuable than controlled xp.
