September 11, 201015 yr You could always try world 117 near the banker at Daemonheim, it's almost always busy with effigy requests/assists.

The high ranks are relaxing, so you should try to use another cc. Myself I use the "Assistclan" cc when I'm offering rc assist. But you can also try to stand at the GE in crowded worlds.
