Alright, I've saved this GIF Image, and I want to use it in my Homework, so can I put the GIF image into my homework and have the image move and stuff?

I've got Microsoft Word 2007 Btw.

You should just be able to insert the image like any other image, though I can't remember off the top of my head if it'll move. If it doesn't, I'm not sure if there's a solution. I presume you mean to have the gif move on the screen.

It wont move in word, as word is a word document designed to be printed and shockingly printed pages can't have moving animations on them. It will however display the opening frame.

If you want it animated for some sort of presentation you should really be working in powerpoint to make a slide show and not a word document.

  1.
  2. Right click on picture
  3. Text wrapping
  4. Change to tight/square and you can now move it around freely within the word document, the text will still be moved slightly but it will be tighter and easier to manipulate.

Wrong answer.

The answer is no however you could always use powerpoint which is made for .gifs

That wasn't what I was getting at...

Unless I am mistakenly jumping to conclusions and you're wanting to e-mail the file to a professor or something.
