Elite clues from Bork + Skeletal Horror

I've been doing Bork daily for about a month now and Skeletal Horrors every week but still no scroll. Are they really that rare?

I've been doing the same as you. 2 weeks ago I go a scroll from the skele horror, but none since. Junk reward too.

Skeletal horror has the highest chance of dropping one in the game at 1/20 I believe. Bork is fairly high too.

There is currently one monster that only drops elite clues with a chance of 1 in 20. But you can only fight it once a week, so it may still be a while before you can get your hands on one.

^granted we don't really know what that drop rate really means.

It could be drop rate per scroll.

With a 1/20 droprate from horror, you'd only be getting 2,5 elites a year. Assuming the droprate from bork is 3,5 times lower(1/70), it'd still be around 8 elite clues a year, one per 1,5 months.

I had an elite from horror on release date of clues, never had one from bork in 30'ish kills.
