evita_deade
i heard the new weapon (Korasi's sword) special attack is very strong, which can hit over 800s but is d claws still better than it? i know dragon claws special attack is melee based and Korasi's sword special attack is magic based so is it an important factor? PS:the price of d claws seems going down now... road to max cape
Loffelicious
Just adding info: D claws spec: 50% of spec bar Korasi's sword: 60 % of spec bar Skeletal wyvern guide: 100-150 crimsons per hour and PROFIT
Nifflin
D claws is still the best, however the new sword is better in some select circumstances. Any time it would hit 800, D claws would hit even higher. You're right that they have been declining in price, however I have faith that they will maintain their value for as long as they are the number one spec weapon. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying. xpx
For low defense or kurdals dungeon monsters, claws are still quite significantly better. For higher defense monsters in non-multy, though, KS spec is better. For multy, the situation is even harder to assess. If you can't afford claws, it's pointless to get them just as a spec weapon when you have KS. First to 99 Farming on 27. September, 2005.First to 3766 Port Score on 20. Quyneax
One of the special uses of ks is that you can hit through melee prayer using an attack that is essentially a melee attack. This is quite useful at tds, and possibly in pvp (not sure, I never pvp).
