October 18, 201015 yr firstly, i am haveing a bit of truble winning. i know how to play so any tips would be nice. but the majopr question here, is it within the rules to get a friend or someone to lose to me on purpose so i gain ranks (i would never do that to get a high score, just 1250 rank)and if no, would it be ok is i (after buying deflecter) loww my rank again back to the other player/anyone around? i know this may by a dumb question, but i want void >< and i want to be certen its ither within or not within the rules. thanks in advance. I'm a Brony and proud of it!
October 18, 201015 yr It's quite normal and accepted to get yourself and a friend a deflector by losing a bunch then winning a bunch. October 18, 201015 yr It is quite easy to win if you know what you're doing. I've only been playing for 2 days and am over 2000 rank already. I won't share my exact setup, but in general, champions, scouts and halberdiers are the best pieces. Make sure you get 4 commands too. Don't bother with regeneration, bombard, or winds of fate. Charge + battle cry is a must.

Charge + battle cry is a must.I'll agree to the charge + battle cry and champions. Regenerate and Winds of Fate are very useful if you can combo with them; archers are very good to snipe stuff (for points). I wouldn't use mages, soldiers or knights at all. Halberdeers are a bit of personal preference (like all troops, of course). Bombard is not so great because of the point cost, but it can be a huge difference in some rarer situations (e.g. a mage threatening a chastised unit, charge + battle cry, take out a champ, immediately bombard the mage next to it etc.). I personally don't use it anymore, but don't discard it's usefulness. October 18, 201015 yr Don't underestimate bombard. Just play some regular games with your friends for practice. Losing/winning on purpose takes all the fun out of the game.
