Star.
I'm going to duo with some dude. Is the general consensus that we rush small floors on complexity 1 still applicable for efficiency? And does rushing mean not killing monsters unless they're guardian doors or the boss? I've been solo-ing on complexity 6 but that's not efficient apparently because I was getting like a level a day :\ ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢
Pinkbullet3
Just rush floors 1-10 (or up to 15 if you want). That's what I do. And yes, your definition of rushing is correct. ^ Blog.
ghjkl
Rushing means completing the floor as fast as possible. It does not necessarily mean skip monsters in non gd rooms.
Pinkbullet3
When would you not skip monsters in a non-Gd room? 0.o ^ Blog.
Elf Spice
When would you not skip monsters in a non-Gd room? 0.o Non hood-safe monsters in preboss rooms and in certain puzzle rooms. if the puzzle must be completed in the room (RC tiles and colored ferrets, for example), then I think the non hood-safe monsters are worth clearing. If the puzzle can be done in an adjacent safe room (5 arm statue, magical construct, etc), then they are mostly not worth clearing.
Pinkbullet3
Oh right, I forgot about colored ferrets and the likes. >.> Btw what's a hood? I don't see it used in F2P context ^ Blog.
Quyneax
It's a p2p item that makes you invisible to humaniod non-mages (skeletons, zombies, forgotten warriors, forgotten rangers), the shadow silk hood. It is dropped only by the night spider, a slayer monster. Youmu
It gets disabled by forgotten mages and necromancers too, for a short period of time. Obviously you should kill those as well. I don't really c1 rush anymore. I like doing c6 small/med rush on early floors because it's not really that much harder/longer and gives you nice amounts of exp. Star.
When I did c6 medium floors, it just felt like it took way too long. But that was solo so maybe duo will be faster. Thank you all, and I will be on the lookout for this hood too. ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢ CAUTION ☢
