So by the tip it calc, i need to smith 17k mith bars which translates to 3400 mith plates.

 

The bars will cost approx 29m, and the resulting plates will sell for approx 10m.

 

Leaving a loss of approx 19m.

 

This includes the use of SC hammers.

 

Does this sound about right? Is there a better way to do it?

 

a mix of speed with a little less loss is fine, i think this way is just a bit too expensive for me, I only have lkike a 20m cashpile atm, and i am willing to spend it all on this skill.

 

Also is there a way to see how many hammers i will need?

 

 

Question 2:

I could smelt 30k gold ore with gauntlets, which would cost around 10m, the bars selling for 2m. net loss of 8m.

Is this worth the reduction in speed?

 

Question 3:

13k addy bars into knives would be a 10m loss as well. Is this viable? it seems to be the fastest way... right?

I do not, i have zero tokens as all my dung levels are from tears.

if your going to be making plates i would HIGHLY suggest you get scroll.

It would make sense to smith platelegs/2hs if you had the scroll, since you'd save more bars.

 

I don't know for sure, but adamant arrowtips might be ok, too. They sell instantly as well.

Buy gold ore and natures (superheating the ores while smelting) ? If I recall correctly it's about 100k xp/hr.

I'd recommend this too, since you still have a use for mage exp.
