What Should i train on?

Uh... both of those are terrible choices. But if you must train on one of the two, then Experiments. Actually, nearly any other monster is a better idea to train on.

I see you have 70ish att and str. You should raise those up before training def, otherwise it will be unnecessarily slow. Tbh if you're going to go for a combat 99, it's better to choose att or str because they will make subsequent 99s easier.

Fast melee xp: armoured zombies.

Fast overall xp, also more effigies, charms and stuff: slayer.

For azs, use elite void deflector, barrows gloves and salve (e) with a whip, pots, piety.

i'm going hills, anything i can kill fast is good imo :\

you can kill chickens fast, i suggest you train on them

Fremminik citizens (on Miscellania) have only 1 lp, those are probably the best. Use a godsword so you one-hit them more often.

Now seriously: you don't want to train on hill giants at your level. Try, at least, ice giants (if you have to kill giants) but far better would be armoured zombies, which are terribly weak, and you can use a save amulet.

I like how people "ask" for advice and then completely turn down the first few suggestions, making up their own minds.

Anyway, in argument against highlander's suggestion, you don't really need more than 70 attack for giants or experiments. Maxing strength would be a decent choice though. I personally think that unless you're going for a tank account for PVP or bosses, you should max out defence last since a lot the best training monsters don't do much damage anyway or can be prayed against.

This thread is awesome.

"I'm thinking about doing one of these two stupid things"

"How about this smart thing?"

"No, I'm stupid"

"At least get this thing to make that a slightly less stupid idea"

"No I'm lazy"

Man, good thing you posted asking for advice, huh?

^ This. Don't ask for advice if you've already made up your mind or are unwilling to listen to reason.

Anyway. You will profit very little on moss giants. As others said, train elsewhere then spend the dozens of hours you'll save money making.
