December 19, 200520 yr Well since discovreing The Horror Channel on cable (channel 170), me and friends have began getting into b-movies properly. They're amazin fun. Just really crappy low budget horror movies that are so bad they're actually comical - im sure a lot of people on here are familiar with some :) Last night we watched Head Cheerleader Dead Cheerleader, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0264675/ - how that got 4.5 i shall never understand - but it was great, about a serial killer who kills cheerleaders - often by cutting their mammaries off - and leaving a doll of them at the scene. Fun :D Am also looking forward to Poultrygeist : Attack of the chicken zombies, starring Trey Parker http://www.poultrygeistmovie.com/ the trailer is amazing, really looking forward to this! Any recommendations? :D
December 19, 200520 yr World Movies is perhaps the best for B-Horror. SBS used to be really good (in Australia anyways) for a long time. But I haven't seen anything decent for a while :(
December 19, 200520 yr Troma movies do rock. Ive got a few in my DVD collection tho not all are catalogued yet. Class of Nuke Em' High is my favourite Troma film, closely followed by Tromas War. I like the first few Toxic Avenger films but they get a bit boring in the latter sequels. Poultrygeist looks pretty good, it looks like they've really put some effrot into this one. I could of been in the movie, I even got asked if i was available, but alas I was not going to be in NY until the week after filming :( shame. I want to be in a Troma movie I love B-movies and regularly watch the Horror channel or the Bad-Movies channel lol. Best film i saw most recently on there was Slugs :D Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. December 19, 200520 yr Day of the Dead... Dude rofl, your so right... low budget horror/ sci-fi films crack me up.
December 19, 200520 yr Ah, B-Movies are invaluable. Just look at Buffy the Vampire Slayer! If it wasn't for the B-Movie, adoloscent males everywhere would never have been able to dream of Sarah Michelle Gellar jumping on them, pinning them down and trying to drive something through your sternum. :D This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
December 19, 200520 yr Jesus Franco rocks. Also you can't talk about B-movies without mentioning cult hero Bruce 'God' Campbell. Anyway, some recommendations: Billy the Kid VS. Dracula Dracula Has Rizen From the Grave to Steal your Drugs Dracula the Dirty Old Man Tentacoli The Calamari Wrestler Basket Case Frankenfish Zombiegore Hersenhonger Squirm Splatter University Curse of the Queerwolf Chokin Hazard Bone Sickness Blood Gnome Satan's Cheerleaders Haven't seen them all, but some friends guarantee you good fun! December 19, 200520 yr Is there any legal places where to dl b-movies for free? I'd like to see some of those but either I don't want to rent them because of the price or the renting place doesn't have them ;P I'd rather die for what I believe in than live for anything else.Name Removed by Administrator ~Turtlefemm
