Herbicine: Is it worth getting?

I have an aberrant spectre task and I was wondering if I should get Herbicine to get rid of the 'useless' herbs they drop.

 

Is it worth getting?

I'd say so.

 

Double cleaning xp on the ones you "delete" as it were and it makes it a million times easier to pick up/spot the herbs you want as seeing herb drop = deffo one you wanna pick up no need to right click or worry bout wat herb it is

It's probably not worth it for one task. But still, I'd get at least Arcane stream, scrolls of efficiency and life, rapier and maul before getting it.

Depending on the surplus of points you have, it is worth it.

 

I'd get scrolls of life and efficiency before it, and also at least 1 choatic weapon. If you have those, why not?

I'd get scroll of cleansing first too, also herbicide is more useful if you cannnon the abby specs, since it's faster and the drops won't be so overwhelming with all the low stuff out of the way.

It's worth getting if you don't mind delaying your progress towards chaotics OR you don't care about chaotics OR you've already obtained all that you wanted.

 

But yes, it does simplify Abberant Spectre tasks by a big margin.

Just bring it along as one of your standard Slayer items. It's very useful on spectres and is helpful for clicking less drop-piles on all tasks.
