January 3, 201115 yr firstly, i'll do what every tipiter will do and suggest something completely irrelevant and not asked for in the question. so rapier+ddefender obv @bandits and secondly, er, as you'll probably hit every time using either setup, go with the ss as it has more str. imo.
January 3, 201115 yr This is a pretty outdated method, but i'm sure its still affective. I remember when i was training Str back in the day i used Berserker Necklace with Obby Sword. This along with a Dragon Defender should be better than either of those two as long as you remain at an NPC with a low defense (such as bandits).

January 3, 201115 yr In fact accuracy is such a non factor with the salve (e) and piety at AZ's that in my tests at 88 attack 86 strength using super attack potions added almost no additional exp/hr (results with were within 500 exp of without). So use a saradomin sword unless getting a rapier is something you plan on doing. If a saradomin sword is out of your budget use korasi's with a d def. Then use a d scim with d def. With how easy money making is using herb farming MTK and dailies though you really should use a saradomin sword. Should only take a week max to get the money for it.
